Relocation Notice Starting January 2026, our clinic will be at 4255 Sheerwoodtowne Blvd, Unit 300-8, Mississauga ON, L4Z 2G6. Our unit is on the 3rd floor- Room 8.

January 2026 Pricing Osteopathy fees remain unchanged. Registered Massage Therapy services will incur a $10 increase.

A missed appointment or no show is subject to a charge for the full amount of the treatment.

Osteopathic Manual Practitioner specializes in manual therapy and are proficient in manual techniques to healing the body. Manual Osteopathic practitioners are trained in osteoarticular adjustments, myofascial release, cranial-sacral techniques,neural mobilizations, visceral manipulations, and various soft tissue techniques. Osteopathy focuses on the interrelationship between the structure and function of the body. The goal is to work toward total body health through treating and strengthening the musculoskeletal framework including the joints, muscles, and spine. It aims to affect the nervous, circulatory, and lymphatic systems. The goal is to help restore function in the body by treating the causes of pain and imbalance.

Claren Manzanares DOMP, RMT

Claren Manzanares is a highly skilled Manual Osteopath with a broad range of clinical and manual therapy experience. Claren graduated with a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice at Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy in 2023. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and RPT (Registered Physiotherapist) in the Philippines. Upon coming to Canada in 2004, she worked in various rehabilitation and sports Physiotherapy clinics and has decades of professional experience. Claren has worked as an RMT in the Mississauga area since October 2017. Throughout the years, Claren has honed her manual and clinical osteopathic skills by attending various manual therapy workshops and certificate diplomas related to healthcare. Claren is an expert in treating orthopedic conditions and is very passionate about pediatric and women’s health.
